Three-time GRAMMY® award winner and Richmond Native, Lucy Dacus is bringing her Forever is a Feeling Tour to Altria Theater.

Lucy Dacus is a musician, performer, storyteller, and widely regarded as “one of the best songwriters of her generation” (Rolling Stone). She has released three full-length albums under her name: 2016’s No Burden, 2018’s Historian, and 2021’s Home Video. This year she’s back with her fourth studio album Forever Is A Feeling after a career-defining year with boygenius, her band with Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker. boygenius' the record landed #1 on the UK, Irish and Dutch album charts, #1 on Billboard’s Vinyl Album chart, and #4 on Billboard 200 and was named a top 10 album of 2023 by Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Billboard, Variety, and many more. Dacus has performed on Saturday Night Live, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and CBS This Morning. 2025’s Forever Is A Feeling will be released via Geffen/Interscope on 3/28.

Installation

Install Sennheiser Mobile Connect from the App Store (Apple Devices) or from the Play Store (Android Devicess).

WiFi

Connect to the GalaPro WiFi network. This WiFi network will only be visible in the theater itself.

Open App

Open the MobileConnect App on your device.

Channel

Select the 'Altria Theater Stage' channel. Note that this channel will show only once the performance has started.

Adjust

Adjust the audio volume at the bottom of the screen and drag the circle in the middle at adjust the sound to what you desire

Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Concierge Desk located in the Box Office Lobby on West Main Street. A valid driver’s license or photo ID will be requested as a deposit for the equipment. We offer two types of receivers, and stock enough of each type to meet ADA requirements according to the percentage of audience capacity. The receivers we distribute most often are the stethoset variety, which includes integrated earbud-style transducers, and are worn like a stethoscope.

We also offer pendant or necklace receivers, which come on their own lanyard and feature a 3.5mm (1/8") connector, which is the standard headphone connection found on smartphones, iPods, ADA ATM cash machines, etc. We can provide these pendant receivers with inductive neck loops, which allow compatibility with T-Coil hearing aids. These receivers are also compatible with cochlear implants featuring 3.5mm Direct Audio Input, personal headphones, or any other device that has a 3.5mm audio input.
Sensory Inclusive Venue: Kulture City sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Concierge desk located in the Altria Theater Box Office Lobby.
